At the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research (UFZ), I have spent over ten years integrating experimental insights with computational modeling. By applying deep learning and neural network architectures, I develop models that capture complex patterns in chemical behavior and environmental interactions—providing novel predictive tools that enhance mechanistic understanding and decision-making in environmental chemistry.

With over 15 years of experience in software and app development, I co-founded droidsolutions GmbH, where we create mobile applications for digital exhibitions in museums and at trade fairs. Our apps are designed with a strong focus on user experience—intuitive navigation, accessibility, and adaptability to different audience needs are at the core of every project. By combining technical innovation with a deep understanding of user behavior, we create digital experiences that are both informative and engaging.

Co-Founder
With over ten years of experience in software development and DevOps, I co-founded droidsolutions GmbH, where I work as a consultant and mobile developer leading projects such as the Leipzig App and the Stadtwerke Leipzig customer portal and e-mobility apps. At Pauly, I focus on the technical side—DevOps and software development—turning research into robust, reliable tools. Alongside this, I run ANDERS IT, my own consultancy for independent, GDPR-compliant software and infrastructure work. By combining hands-on development with a strong DevOps foundation, I help build digital products that are technically sound, secure, and built to last.
